Bergehost is a trading name of Berge Host Limited, a company incorporated in Nigeria and part of Berge Limited, headquartered in Lagos.

We provide domain registration, web hosting, business email, SSL certificates, VPS and dedicated servers. Each service also follows the Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy.

You agree to use bergehost.com only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Use automated tools or scrapers to harvest data without our express written permission

• Illegal content, fraud, phishing or impersonation
• Malware, botnets, or attacks on other systems
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks
• Child sexual abuse material — reported to the authorities immediately

Shared hosting is for websites and email. Mining, heavy background jobs or file storage that harms other customers are not allowed.

Do not send unsolicited bulk email. Mailing lists must be opt-in and include an unsubscribe link.

Keep software and passwords up to date. We may suspend compromised accounts to protect other customers.

We may warn, suspend or terminate services that break this policy. Serious or illegal cases may be suspended without notice.

Report abuse to hello@berge.ng with the website or IP, what happened and when.

New shared and reseller hosting plans can be refunded within 30 days of the first payment.

Refunds go to your account credit by default, or back to your original payment method on request.

Privacy-focused services are hosted in our offshore locations. The law of the country where your service is hosted applies to it.

We keep only what billing and security need: an email address and payment record. You may pay in crypto. We never sell your data.

Complaints must follow the law of the hosting country. We forward valid notices to you and give you time to respond. We do not act on notices that are not valid under that law.

We share customer data only when a court in the hosting country orders it, and we tell you when the law allows.

The Acceptable Use Policy applies in full: child sexual abuse material, malware, phishing, fraud, spam and attacks are removed at once and may be reported to the authorities.
